On the morning of December 17, 2024, Huizeyuan Community in Wuhan was bustling with activity. The Real Estate Registration Center under Natural Resources and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Dongxihu District, the Real Estate Trading Center of the Dongxihu District Housing and Urban Renewal Bureau, and the First Taxation Office of the Wuhan Dongxihu District Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration entered the community to jointly carry out a special publicity activity on real estate registration.

At the event site, the relevant staff set up a consultation desk and provided residents with detailed information on the relevant laws and regulations of real estate registration, conditions and procedures for handling all types of real estate registration businesses, and the required submissions for registration by means of distributing brochures and answering questions on site.

In response to the hot issues of property inheritance, property transfer, real estate mortgage registration and property deed tax reduction/exemption that residents are generally concerned about, the staff patiently answered the questions one by one, and made detailed analysis based on practical cases, making complex policies and processes easy to understand.

This publicity activity has received widespread praise from residents of Huizeyuan Community and enhanced their understanding of relevant policies and handling procedures. It has also effectively accelerated the registration process and solved the difficulties in real estate registration for people.

A leader of the Real Estate Registration Center under the Natural Resources and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Dongxihu District said that it would continue to carry out such publicity activities in the communities and focus on publicity of real estate registration in Jiulongwan, Huizeyuan and Wangchuanwan Reconstruction communities. It was also said that the center would continuously improve the quality and level of service and solve the "worries" and "concerns" of people.
